This stunning handcoloured lithograph showcases an enchanting collection of exotic moths, captured in intricate detail during the Victorian era. The first moth depicted is the Eustera brachyura, also known as the silk moth, with its distinctive long, curved tails on its hindwings. The second and third moths are both Epimenis species, the Grapevine Epimenis (Psychomorpha epimenis) and the Callimorpha epimenis. The former is named for its association with grapevines, while the latter is characterized by its vibrant orange and black wings.
