EDITORS COMMENTS
This print captures the timeless beauty of Great Fosters, a 16th-century mansion nestled within the enchanting Windsor Great Park. Painted by the talented artist James Ogilvy in 1911 and later published in his book "A Pilgrimage In Surrey" this image transports us back to a bygone era. Originally serving as the London residence of Sir John Dodderidge, an esteemed Judge of the Kings Bench and former Solicitor General to King James I, Great Fosters exudes grandeur and history.
